Your main responsibilities will include:

Provide front-line support via live chat, email and phone
Build strong, friendly customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
Work with customers from initial enquiry all the way through to funding school fees
Resolve problems and explain the best solutions to solve customer enquiries and follow up to ensure a positive resolution
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our service offering
Liaise with the leadership team to continuously improve our offering
Work closely with our credit and operations team to provide the best possible outcome for each family

As a Customer Success Associate, we are looking for:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Compassion, patience and experience in chatting to parents
Experience in a similar support or customer-facing role
Motivated self-starter who can juggle multiple responsibilities and large volumes

In addition, experience in the following areas would be considered a bonus:

Finance, payments, or education sectors
Marketing and design
